For Digital Products

• Access to purchased digital tools, programs, or recordings is typicallydelivered instantly via email or your iBeing account dashboard.
• In rare cases, delivery may take up to 24 hours due to payment confirmation or technical issues.
• If you don’t receive access within 24 hours, please contactcare@ibeing.ai with your order details.

For Physical Items (if introduced in the future)

If we offer physical wellness materials or merchandise in the future:

• Orders will be processed within 2–3 business days.
• Standard delivery times range from 5–10 business days depending on your location.
• Tracking information will be provided via email once your order is shipped.
